It was clean place, staff were absolutely friendly, and I truly enjoyed my compact room. Full English breakfast was available. The hotel had a central position just next door to both waterfront n pier and nightlife in old steine, Brighton for short or medium stays and the sea front and all the shops bars and restaurants.

Overall had relaxing stay of two nights. This hotel was located in a central area adjacent to the train station and other parts of Brighton & Hove, bars, restaurants, station, the pier, the sea, the park and the beach and the city centre. Kemptown district was worth staying in. The staff was amiable, kept everything clean and very good. The breakfast was tasty with view of covid rules, so much to pick from.

Loved every detail about my fine 3 nights stay here. The breakfast was savoury on view of covid rules, the food was fabulous. I've booked double room with good breakfast and everything was really good. The staff was wonderfully friendly, as well as host. The location was magnificent and amazing - close to restaurants and bars. It was in a pretty quiet area and there were restaurants and bars.

The total stay was fine of two nights. The idea to include an electric kettle and a fridge in the double room was nice. Liked the excellent bathroom. The staff was excellent, got me a taxi, and provided full English breakfast before I left. Amazing location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel. It was located close to the beach.
